DESCRIPTION: This is a 15oz ceramic coffee mug. Choose between a beautiful all white mug or a white with black trim 15oz coffee mug, with a full wrap around design. This coffee mug would make a terrific addition to your coffee mug collection, or as a Christmas gift.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: This mug is dishwasher and microwave safe.
CUSTOMIZATION: This mug can be customized with your personal call sign under the battalion crest. This option is an additional $3.00. If you are interested in this service please select the "Add Custom Call Sign" option. When checking out there is a “Additional Comments” field, this is where you will list your custom call sign.
SHIPPING: When checking out click on the “Delivery” dropdown to see the options. If you want it mailed to a personal address you will need to choose either “First Class” or “Priority”
UNIT/LOCAL PICKUP: The free “LOCAL PICKUP” option is for items being picked up and brought back to your unit at Fort Carson. Or you can pick up your order in person at our shop (7385 Woody Creek Dr. 80911). Pickups from the Unit are at the active liaison’s office. (If you don’t know who that is, email us and we will give you their information). If you are not in uniform please bring ID. Note about checkout: At the checkout you will be required to add a personal shipping address, even if you plan on picking up at the unit. Please make sure to use an active email that you check on a regular basis. If you choose the "LOCAL PICKUP" option at checkout your item WILL be sent to the unit, or you can pick up your order in person.
PROCESSING TIIME: Our processing time is 2- 3 weeks. We will notify you by the email you provide when ordering once your order is done. Again, please make sure to use an active email that you check on a regular basis.
In an effort to keep costs down, and because we're located close to Fort Carson, we don't want to add the additional cost of shipping to every order. This means if you select a "Free Shipping" option you must either pick-up your order in person, or have the liaison pick up your order and bring it back to the base where you can pick it up from their office. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING. Items that you want to be sent to an APO/personal address must have shipping paid for through the website.
