CUSTOMIZATION: This hat can be customized with your personal call sign on the back of the hat. This option is an additional $3.00. If you are interested in this service please choose the "Custom Call Sign" option. When checking out there is a “Additional Comments” field, this is where you will list your custom call sign, and/or any other instructions.
SHIPPING: When checking out click on the “Delivery” dropdown to see the options. If you want it mailed to a personal address you will need to choose either “First Class” or “Priority”
UNIT/LOCAL PICKUP: The free “LOCAL PICKUP” option is for items being picked up and brought back to your unit at Fort Carson. Or you can pick up your order in person at our shop (7385 Woody Creek Dr. 80911). Pickups from the Unit are at the active liaison’s office. (If you don’t know who that is, email us and we will give you their information). If you are not in uniform please bring ID. Note about checkout: At the checkout you will be required to add a personal shipping address, even if you plan on picking up at the unit. Please make sure to use an active email that you check on a regular basis. If you choose the "LOCAL PICKUP" option at checkout your item WILL be sent to the unit, or you can pick up your order in person.
PROCESSING TIIME: Our processing time is 2- 3 weeks. We will notify you by the email you provide when ordering once your order is done. Again, please make sure to use an active email that you check on a regular basis.
In an effort to keep costs down, and because we're located close to Fort Carson, we don't want to add the additional cost of shipping to every order. This means if you select a "Free Shipping" option you must either pick-up your order in person, or have the liaison pick up your order and bring it back to the base where you can pick it up from their office. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOUR HOUSE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING. Items that you want to be sent to an APO/personal address must have shipping paid for through the website. Please call or text to set up a time to pick up your order (719-482-0076). You will be notified by email once your order is done and ready to be picked up.
We do accept returns for exchanges, but they must be unworn and not washed. If you accidently ordered the wrong size, you can bring your order back and we can exchange it for the correct size. Because we fulfill orders as they come in, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind once we have completed your order. You do have a window after you’ve ordered, and before we complete it to cancel your order if you’ve changed your mind.
If we made a mistake on your order, or there’s a garment imperfection that we didn’t catch, please let us know and we will correct it.
